Fancy hotel, it has a relaxing mood and excellent design. The food was great specially the breakfast. The valley parking and essay access and perfect location close to the revere and in the middle of the city.

Surely we will return to this hotel ... but never deliver my luggage to the hotel staff.

They should have more attention to the control of the luggage when left to the care of hotel staff. I was 30 minutes with the heart pounding because nobody found my luggage. Poor coordination between reception and concierge. Exception to an employee of the concierge who endeavored the most, finding out where my bags were.

The hotel is simply amazing. It's a high end, nicely decorated hotel with a lot of style. The atmosphere is carefully kept in a relaxing, sexy and stylish environment.

The bedding can be a bit awkward with single duvets and synthetic material.

The staff upgrade our room to Duluxe room as a gift of our honeyroom trip.

The approach of the staff is a personal one, they recognize their guests, coming once a year or twice year, is enough to be approached nicely by the staff. The turnover isnt big, and they enjoy working there, it s noticeable, and that makes a big difference in the service. Additionally, the amenities provide a good value for money for business people who would like to have things done efficiently, and still enjoy a great cuisine (the wine card and menu are fantastic)

Excellent hotel, stylsh environment and warmful staff

They have deceived me about using wi fi , it is written that it is free , the receptionist did not explain to me that it is free only for the lowest speed and told me to use the wi fi generally , I have choose the high speed and at check out they surprised me that I have to pay for using wi fi, it was very disappointing , I will not recommend to anyone, also on ur website u have written free wi fi. ??????

The rooms designs & the luxurial atmosphere

I was traveling with friends and we all LOVED Roomers ! We loved the look of the hotel, the music and the restaurant. Totally hip and happening. Very friendly staff, especially the doorman. Everything was A++. Would definitely book this hotel again.
